Adoption Information
My rats are typically adopted out in same-sex pairs. Exceptions are made on a case-by case basis.
I upload photos of the litter's development so you can see their growth, and eventually pick out your pups. I have a closed rattery, which means that I don't typically allow adopters to come into my home. This is for the safety and health of my rats. I don't want my rats and pups to be exposed to possible illnesses and parasites that are carried in by other people.
I also try to accommodate for adopters coming from distant areas, and make an effort to lessen your commute, as I have adopters from all over New England.
